Made with premium acrylic! - All Clear-for-Life™ aquariums are made with premium acrylic and has properties that glass does not obtain. Acrylic aquariums has a better light emission than glass allowing for a much vivid view of colors, fish, and aquarium contents. Material is much more durable than glass and safer due to the non-shatter aspect of acrylic. Acrylic is also much lighter in weight and better insulated making it more immune to drastic temperature changes. It also hold weight more efficiently than glass, with fewer leaks and cracks. Which is favorable with a 100+ gallon tank.

Clear for Life Shipping Information

When order is placed, Clear for Life will begin the creation process. Typical labor and delivery times vary. Standard tank styles can take from 2-4 weeks to ship. Typical labor and delivery times vary so these times aren't always exact depending on volume of orders during that time and style ordered. Orders are fulfilled in sequence of purchase. Uniquarium™ tanks can take up to 5 to 6 weeks due to additional parts of those aquariums.

You will receive tracking information to email provided at checkout or associated with you ClearTankIsland account if logged in during purchase. Transport times range from 3-10 business days once shipped, although these can vary. Smaller aquariums are shipped via FedEx with standard shipping, use shipping number to track orders. Visit FedEx website for tracking. Larger tanks will ship via freight. Where to track will be attached to email we send to you with tracking info when order is sent.

When order arrives, check to see if order is free of damage. Signing off on the delivery is a confirmation you received order in good condition.

Canceling Orders

Clear for Life tanks are built upon order. Cancelations would typically be a hinderance to business flow considering this process. We do however accept cancelled orders up to a 48 hour period with a 10% cancelation fee of the original order price. Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours if assembly process has begun.

Returned Orders

Item can be returned considering you are unsatisfied with product under some conditions.

1. Only standard merchandise in its original and sale-able condition will be accepted
2. We must be notified within 14 days of receiving order
3. Restocking fee of 15% will be applied
4. You are responsible for shipping product back
5. Any freight/delivery charges with not be refunded
6. No returns will be accepted on special or custom orders built to customer specification
7. Refunds will be returned to payment method used when initial purchase was made
8. No merchandise will be accepted for credit, repair or replacement without prior authorization from Advance Aqua Tanks®

If item is damaged, we will return a full 100% refund or replacement.
