Larger products ship via freight
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out that may be tracked through our website. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping duration varies from brand to brand. However, it may take as little as three days or as much as three weeks in rare cases to be delivered depending on when item is ordered and brand operations. Usual transit times are between three to five business day. See shipping details beneath product description as each brand may have different shipping regulations.
If you need your order shipped faster, you can also choose USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at checkout. Delivery rates for the faster shipping services are calculated in real time at checkout.
Cancellations or refunds based on delivery time are NOT accepted. Please order in a timely manner to work around possible longer shipping times.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we will offer a refund minus shipping costs and a 15% administrative restocking fee. All orders intended to be returned after 14 days are not accepted. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Contact us via the "contact us" page in regards to any returns.
